Terms & Conditions

  1. All bookings need to be paid in full upon making an appointment,if no proof of payment has been received your booking will not be secured.This may be done by means of EFT,cash or card payment.
  2. We require a 48hr notice period for all cancellations that are less than 48hrs prior to the appointment & no show appointments will be charged in full unless a medical certificate is produced.
  3. It is the sole responsibility of the client to remember appointments made, please be sure to add the correct appointment time into your calendar. Reminders will be sent out, provided we have the time to do so.
  4. Vouchers & payments made are non-refundable.
  5. If a client arrives late for a treatment, the treatment will be done in the remainder of the scheduled time frame & the full amount will be charged.
  6. Once purchased courses have commenced, they will not be refunded or exchanged & treatments need to be used in the allocated time frame.
  7. Vouchers purchased for treatments are valid for 3 months at the purchased price, if there was a price increase after the voucher has expired, it is redeemable within 3 years and the difference will have to be paid in.
  8. Products purchased are non-refundable, if they are proven to be defective, the supplier will exchange the product.
  9. Pumula Day Spa will not be held responsible for any personal injury to a client before, during or after any treatment.
  10. Please could we ask clients to keep noise levels in te spa to a minimum at all times and cell phones to be kept on silent.
  11. Pumula Day Spa will not be held responsible for any defective treatments caused by negligence of the client.
